like? Look at below essential steps of our business.
First
Step – Your request for job candidates
We can start to support you only, if we receive a clear request.
Please be aware that the more concrete information we receive from you,
the better we may support you with qualified and suitable candidates.
We operate with a data base of several thousand candidates, which is constantly being updated and enlarged by national and international recruiting campaigns.
In many cases it will be not the question, if we can deliver for your
request, but whom we may deliver to meet your requirements best.
Please send a concrete requested job profile to start our cooperation.
Second Step – Our offer
Within 48 hours after your
request reached us, we get back to you with an estimation, if your
requested workers can be delivered in time and with the right
qualification. In certain lines of business we may offer immediately
specific candidates that match your request. We present skilled workers
in a compact form with all relevant job experience on one page.
Engineers and higher educated candidates we usually present in an
adapted Euro – CV.
The candidate presentation is based on the handed-in documents
by the candidate. Availability, language skills and mobility of the
candidate are always checked and updated by the recruiting manager.

Third Step – Formal agreement
Our agency is registered legally and follows strictly the Polish law.
For recruiting staff to employers abroad we need to sign a contract
directly with the employer, in which the conditions of work are
described. Usually we sign a framework recruiting contract only
once and add a simple and short appendix to the contract for each
specific order. This is the most convenient way for our customers.
If you are interested to employ our pre-selected candidates, we need to receive the contract and an order form
from you to conduct the recruiting process. Please note that it is not
possible for us to send any personal data of the candidates before
signing a formal agreement. On request we will be happy to send you our
agreement.
Fourth Step – Strict selection process
Our experienced placement team
works in continuous close contact with our candidates and workers and
have a comprehensive knowledge about both the specifics of
qualifications from Polish workers and the requirements on the
Scandinavian market.
Our strict and transparent selection process according to your
requested job profile gives you the certainty that candidates will
match best possible to your requirements. You may participate in our
selection and the final decision is always up to you. There is
no “creating” of CVs or references for candidates. Our team always
precisely checks the education and work experience on the basis of documents and where applicable, references. All candidates are checked by interview. We set a special emphasis on the question, if the candidate`s personality
fits to an international work environment. Language tests, if not done
already in the pre-selection, are an integral part of the interview.
Within the selection process we also introduce the candidate into the
conditions of the job offer and secure his readiness for the job.
The result of the selection process is our order confirmation for the selected candidates.
Fifth Step – Delivery After
contracting the candidates we introduce them into the conditions and
necessary procedures of living and working in your country and – if we
receive the relevant information from you – at your company. We support
you in the registration process of the new employees, if necessary.
According to the order we support the candidate`s in arranging his
travel to the employer/working site and keep you informed about the
details.
In the adaptation time we support you and your new employee in solving any misunderstanding or problems. As a guarantee of quality
of our service we offer you an approbation time of 14 days for the new
employee. If the employee does not meet the qualification, which we
presented to you, then we will either not invoice the candidate or
deliver a replacement for free.
