For many years, we have recruited and placed Engineers and skilled workers in Poland and abroad. We support job seekers in obtaining appropriate employment. And we assist employers especially from services and construction sectors in recruiting employees with adequate qualifications and job experience. Rather than “cheap labour force” we provide high skilled workers with at least 3-5 years of job experience. We examine the qualifications of employees and other criteria, which affect their readiness for certain jobs. On behalf of employers we verify candidates according to predefined qualifications and criteria.

Polish workers are well-known to be hard-working and flexible. Many of them have basic or communicative language skills in either English, German or Norwegian and they have worked in Northern or Western Europe before. Depending on your specific request we may deliver either skilled workers after intensive language training or short term candidates for your sudden demand. We support within the registration process and offer candidate presentations in English language.
