Our Education services deal generally with the support to employees to select an appropriate job and providing relevant vocational information and qualification. This ranges from daily consultation for job seekers up to international conferences and training courses. So we have organized a number of conferences for the staff of Polish and Romanian ministries of Finance and Economy and Labour. We support employees in obtain internationally appreciated qualifications, language skills and intercultural competence. The education period may last several weeks and has to be taken into account during the recruiting cycle. We have conducted several intensive language courses for future staff of leading enterprises in Norway. These language course are provided by teachers with working experience in the country. Communication training in special language and specific information about the new working environment are an integrated part of the course, so that the workers know about general safety regulations in Norway, as well as simple administrative procedures like filling out time tables, bank procedures etc. All courses end up with tests by independent examiners to check the level of language skills.
